M. White, Jr.
Chairman
John (Jay) Morrison White, Jr., is President of Morrison
Textile Machinery Company (MTMCo), Fort Lawn, South
Carolina, a fourth generation family business. He also held
positions of Vice President of Manufacturing and Finance at
Morrison Berkshire, Inc. Prior to Morrison, Mr. White was
Materials Manager for the Grocery Division of Nabisco
Brands, Inc., at its world headquarters. He has a Masters in
Business from Michigan State University and a B.A. in
Economics from Middlebury College. Jay is a Trustee of the
Lancaster Youth Endowment, member of the Chamber of
Commerce, Board member of the Lancaster Communities in
Schools and Administrative Board-Stewardship Chairman of
First United Methodist Church. |

Mike
Viniconis
Co-Vice Chairman
Mike Viniconis joined Argus in 1993 as Director of
International Sales and recently was promoted to President
of the company. Prior to joining Argus, he held various
management positions with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for 14
years. Mike has a degree in government from Colby College
(Maine). He is a member of the Charlotte World Trade
Association.

Motchar
Co-Vice Chairman
Will Motchar is President and CEO of Navis Global. He earned his B.B.A. from
Illinois State University and has an M.B.A. in Marketing
from Wake Forest University. Prior to joining Navis Global, Will spend 13 years with National Starch & Chemical in
progressing responsibilities in Sales, Marketing and
Business Management. |

Udo
Skarke
Treasurer
Udo Skarke joined Erhardt + Leimer Inc., part
of the Erhardt + Leimer GmbH Group, in 2005 as Textile
Division Manager serving the Western Hemisphere. Prior to
joining Erhardt + Leimer, he held various positions at Mahlo
GmbH in the sales and service organization with his final
assignment as Executive Vice President of Mahlo America for
7½ years. Udo has a degree in electronics engineering from
Regensburg/Germany. He is a member of the American
Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists, Rotary
International, the Arts Partnership and the International
Business Council of Spartanburg. |

Clay
D. Tyeryar
President and Assistant Treasurer
Clay Tyeryar is
President and Assistant Treasurer of ATMA®. In this
capacity, he is responsible for day-to-day operations,
delivery of programs and services, budget and liaison with
ATMA®'s Board of Directors. Additional areas of Clay's
expertise include lobbying, government relations,
fund-raising, international exhibition management and
production, trade missions and financial controls. He
was one of the first graduates of the George Washington
University's Master of Association Management (MAM) Program,
earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation
from the American Society of Association Executives, is a
graduate of Gettysburg College, with a B.A. in Business
Administration, and is a registered lobbyist. |

Harry
W. Buzzerd, Jr.
Management Counsel
Harry (Buzz) W. Buzzerd, Jr., CAE, was named Management
Counsel to ATMA in 2003 and has served ATMA® since 1977 as
Executive Vice President and as President. He began his
association management career in 1964 and holds a CAE
(Certified Association Executive). He earned a B.A. from
Gettysburg College, along with extensive graduate and
professional education. In addition to his work with ATMA,
Buzz is Management Counsel for the Process Equipment
Manufacturers’ Association and Management Counsel to the
Association of Suppliers to the Paper Industry. He is
Chairman of Association and Society Management
International, Inc., the firm that manages ATMA®. |

Susan
A. Denston
Executive Vice President and Secretary
Susan Denston is Executive Vice President and Secretary of
American Textile Machinery Association. Her background suits
a variety of tasks, including meetings management, print
production management and quality control, and membership
and meetings promotion. She also is skilled in serving the
administrative needs of Boards and committees. She is a
graduate of George Mason University with a B.B.A. in
Marketing. Sue is President of the Corporate Services
Division of Association and Society Management
International, Inc. In addition, she serves several
additional associations: Executive Director of the
Process Equipment Manufacturers’ Association, Meetings
Manager for the International Association of Emergency
Managers and Meetings and Exhibit Manager for the National
Association of State EMS Directors.
